Timeheat lets you create availability polls, share them with participants, and find a time that works for everyone. By creating an account or responding to a poll you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for activity under your account, whether you sign in with a password or with Google. Provide a real email address: it's how you recover access and how we reach you about your account. You must be at least 16 to create an account.
Every account includes a monthly allowance of free basic polls. Credits pay for premium polls: while you hold credits, each poll you create spends one and is premium. At a zero balance new polls are basic and draw on the monthly allowance. A credit can also upgrade an existing basic poll, and a poll stays premium once upgraded. Purchased credits never expire and are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise. Prices and plans may change. Changes never affect credits you already hold.
Pro is billed monthly or yearly at the price shown when you subscribe and renews automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record. Cancel anytime from Settings, Credits & Subscriptions, Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for: Pro stays active until then and you are not charged again. Partial periods are not refunded. If the price changes we will tell you before your next renewal.
The page where people reply to a basic poll may show third-party ads. Premium polls never do, and Pro subscribers see no ads anywhere while signed in. What data that involves is covered in the Privacy Policy.
Don't use Timeheat to spam, harass, impersonate, distribute malware or unlawful content, probe or disrupt the service, or collect data about other users. We may suspend or remove accounts and polls that do.
Polls, titles, and responses are yours. You grant us the right to store and display them as needed to operate the service. That's the whole license. Deleting a poll deletes its responses.
Timeheat is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We aim to keep it fast and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features. We will make reasonable efforts to announce breaking changes ahead of time.
Timeheat depends on services we don't run: Google for sign-in and calendar free/busy, Polar for payments, Google AdSense for ads. Using those parts of Timeheat means their terms apply to you as well, and an outage or a change on their side can affect Timeheat in ways we don't control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
You can delete your account at any time. Deleting it destroys your data immediately and permanently, including any unused credits: we cannot recover them or transfer them to a new account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Unused purchased credits on a terminated-for-violation account are forfeited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina, and any dispute about them goes to its courts. If you use Timeheat as a consumer, this does not take away the protections of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this site. Continuing to use Timeheat after a change means you accept the new terms.
