Lots of groups struggle to find a time that works for everyone. Each has their own schedule, appointments, calendars and coordinating them is a nightmare. Timeheat helps you find the time for your groups with a delightful UX.
What people often do
Sometimes, by trying to use the least friction tool, you make things worse. For instance, WhatsApp polls are limited to only 12 options. And they don't read well for a schedule.
Groups usually coordinate through chat or email, but someone has to keep track of all options or it takes a toll on everyone to check their availability. You don't get notified when a time is chosen, and if something came up, the dance starts all over again.
Schedule polls
Scheduling poll apps have been around for a while. Many scheduling tools miss the mark in at least one way:
- UX: A scheduling tool should make availability easy to see and share. Some apps are confusing or take too much effort to use.
- Mobile: let's be real, nobody wants to install a schedule poll app. So, your choice of scheduling poll should be easy to read and use on a smaller screen.
- Pricing: free plans are often limited to a few poll options, which is the same as nothing for the real world. And pricing is too rigid: most people don't need to create lots of polls every month to justify paying a subscription (not to speak of subscription fatigue).
- Lack of connections: if you usually keep your online calendar tidy, you should be able to use it!
